July 16!!!

::stops spazzing, as is at work amidst older, disinterested coworkers::

Now the dilemma: Do I order it on Amazon (where it is already #1) to save the hassle of going to the store that day and waiting in the tremendous line, or do I go to the store and wait in the tremendous line so I don’t have to possibly get it the day after it comes out? The 16th is a Saturday so theoretically I could forgo sleep and read it all in that weekend, if I had it…

(Also, just before I go on vacay I’ll be temporarily turning off comments. Nothing against you, but the amount of despamming I have to do has been insane lately.)

There is so nothing like standing in lines at the store with the kids running around you in their Harry glasses, and walking out the door squealing at midnight with the book in your hands. Totally nothing like it.

    You got my vote. ;D

I can help you with a couple of things I’ve read about to reduce MT spam while you’re here, if you want.

I’m leaning toward getting it at the store, since I have for the past two books so it’s something of a tradition, and then I’d have it right away. But I’m also lazy. I guess I have a long (long, long long) time to decide.

Bryce — yes, that’d be good. I have the despammer thing, which is a godsend, but I still have to go and add new entries all the time. I’ve been too lazy to look into anything else.
