It’s at an investment firm in a brand new office building on the main drag of this ritzy little town two over from my podunk little town, and it overlooks the lake, so it should be pretty.
And I realize that wasn’t your question, but I can’t really answer your question yet. I’m an administrative assistant, and so far I’ve been told for the most part that I will “be the go-to person for everyone.” So my best guess is everything under the sun. Probably answering phones, greeting walk-ins, typing things, filing things, faxing things, copying things. Maybe unpacking some of the boxes they’re still living out of. It’ll be lots of things with things, anyway.
It’s full-time temporary right now, but if they like me (and I like them) they will steal me away from the staffing agency and keep me forever and ever. Or, y’know, until I quit or get fired.
